Pennsylvania Real Estate Agent Post Licensing Courses

Real estate first renewal education is coming soon!

The Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission, at its meeting on October 16, 2008, adopted new regulations that will require those renewing a license for the first time to take specific courses for Continuing Education.

This new regulation will impact anyone who received an original license on or after December 1, 2007. To renew your license by May 31, 2010, you will need to take these new courses rather than regular continuing education courses.

Kaplan Real Estate Schools is developing courses to meet this new requirement. We will release them in the first half of 2009, to give you a full year prior to the required renewal date.
